Almost 20 years ago, SexyAds.com shook up the nascent world of adult dating by providing users with a forum where they could post their specifically explicit personal ads. Today, the site has moved on from the traditional personal ads model to more of an online community, BDSM SexyAds, where alternative daters can hang out, get to know one another and maybe even take things further.

Recently, Sexyads has begun to attract more and more BDSM enthusiasts and now users can even search specifically for this, as well as many other kinks and fetishes. So if it's just a hook up you're looking for, or if you're looking for a tryst with a twist, you should be able to find something up your street at Sexyads.com.

To be able to participate as a member of SexyAds you'll have to sign up for an account. This takes five minutes and although there is a confirmation email you need to respond to, this can be done later once you're ready to chat with others.

While the amount of information you add to your profile is minimal, it is enough to give people a glimpse of who you are and what you're looking for; if they want to know more they'll have to get in touch.

Users can also upload multiple photos to their profile which is a great way of showing off the multiple sides of your personality and physique. Don't worry, if you'd prefer to remain anonymous then you don't have to show your face. In fact, a photo of some other body part can be just as alluring.

With a profile set up you're ready to get started. We would recommend  heading over to the chat rooms as here there are many other like-minded daters hanging out who are happy to strike up conversations. With many different rooms and a decent number of users online at any one time most users should feel welcomed and intrigued. We especially appreciated the chance to put our webcam to use as well as check out what others were up to on the other side of theirs; this really adds another dimension to the chat. 

As well as the chat rooms, the forums at Sexyads.com are also well-frequented and, as a consequence, there are always plenty of interesting conversations to get involved in. Either start your own post or reply to others, you may discover a whole new world of kinks and fetishes previously unknown to you!

Veteran alternative daters, however, will also find some interesting material as well as opportunities to get to know other members of the website which could lead to a face to face (or any other body part for that matter!) encounter.

We must point out here that, while SexyAds does attract all sorts, it does seem to be mostly cross dressers and transvestites. If this is your thing, great! If not, you may want to head elsewhere. 

With regards to content available on Sexyads, most of this is only available to VIP members. There is a limited amount available to free members but this is of poor quality. In fact, despite being explicit, most of the material on Sexyads is very amateurish; whilst some prefer this, others may want to look elsewhere for more professionally done video and photos.

At $24.97 a month SexyAds is middle of the range. We did appreciate their upfront pricing policy which was far more simple to understand that some of the complicated arrangements offered in this category. While we would like to see a reduced-price trial like some other sites in this category offer, it must be kept in mind that the free membership of Sexyads.com does allow you to get a pretty good idea of what you'll be paying for.

Overall, we appreciated the simple, community-focused feel to Sexyads.com. While it may not be as hardcore or flashy as some other sites in this category, you should none the less be able to meet other like-minded daters here relatively easily. This is especially relevant for those into cross dressing and trans-sex as it seems that Sexyads has managed to set itself apart as a meeting place for this community. With a decent free trial, you probably have little to lose from checking out Sexyads today.
